Bookings

Appointments are requested online. Please provide the correct property address, postcode and number of bedrooms. Properties outside Carlisle and surrounding areas should be discussed with us before booking.

Prices and payment

Prices are based on the number of bedrooms as shown on our website. Larger or unusually complex properties may require an individual quote. No online payment is taken at booking; payment is arranged after the assessment. [INSERT ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS]
